Documents required as Attachment
- Bank account statement for the complete year
- Certificate of withholding during the year
- Financial statements of the business, if any
- Details of all the income earned during the year
- A small summary of annual expenses, all assets with value, all liabilities with value
- Details of any other cash inflows/outflows, such as gifts, etc.
- If you are an unregistered person, attach a clear copy of your CNIC with both front and back.
