CFO Oversight is a young association of experts providing strategic financial services to start-ups, and other corporate entities in the most simplified and automated manner. Our services include financial planning, tax compliances, legal compliances, reporting, bookkeeping, and monthly accounting that are more perfectly suited for startups and growing businesses. It is a fast-growing consultancy firm in Pakistan due to the vision of its leadership. Furthermore, we are well equipped to perform services in an effective, efficient, and simplest way possible.
Professionals at CFO Oversight are from different fields and unlike most other CFO firms, our team members are permanent employees of our company. We don’t do business by merely matching companies with outside CFOs that we’ve never worked with in person. Each CFO has expertise in a variety of industries and financial specialties to act as an outsourced CFO team member that can truly handle every challenge and opportunity a company may face. This means we can meet any company where they are at, whether augmenting their current finance team or completely supporting all financial needs.

MUHAMMAD SALMAN
He is a finance professional with expertise in corporate compliance, financial reporting, internal audits, and external audits. Areas of his practical exposure are managing M&A deals, licensing of NPOs and insurance companies, listing and delisting of stocks, the revival of listed stock companies etc.
He is from the background of Chartered Accountancy and graduated from the University of Karachi then later on completed his Postgraduate qualification in Economics. His professional career started from working as an Assistant Manager Assurance and later on worked in positions like Senior Manager Assurance, Manager Corporate Compliance, Manager to Corporate Offers etc. He has also managed Accounts, and Corporate departments as head of the department in a CA firm where he managed two branches at the same time.
His core areas of consulting are corporate finance, compliance with taxation and other corporate laws, and related advisory. He is a leader on one hand and a very good team member on the other hand.
MADIHA FATIMA
Madiha is a financial analyst and an educationist furthermore, she is associated with overall AFAP group as professional. She is pursuing her CA certification and has completed her graduation from University of Karachi and later on her post-graduation in field of Political Science from the same university. Her CA articles were completed from a reputed Chartered Accountants firm having financial institution and listed stock entities in its portfolio. She served her time mostly in external audits and furthermore in financial advisory services.
Her expertise are mainly in financial analysis in addition to performing due diligence, and business deals. In addition to a finance professional she has also served as faculty member in the City School in English function for more than two years and volunteer in The Citizen Foundation for one academic session.
FARHAN AHMED
Farhan, in addition to being a Chief Operating Officer of AFAP group, is one of our pioneer members. He belongs to the field of Chartered Accountancy and about to complete the certificate.
He has professional experience of more than 7 years and is an enthusiastic finance professional and serving as a well proficient financial consultant. His expertise and practical experience are in fields of financial modeling, financial forecasts, accounting and advisory, external, internal, and shariah audits. He has also successfully conducted several workshops and trainings on data management, python, inventory management, and human resource management.
WARISHA AHMED
Warisha Ahmed is a CA finalist and working part time with AFAP group. Currently she is working as a manager finance in a Multinational Company Fugro. She has a vast experience of conducting professional sessions on taxation and business related matters.
Her association with Furgo Pakistan started after completing her article-ship from Ernest & Young Ford Rhodes Pakistan, further she has also earned a secondment working experience for six months along with Ernest & Young Dubai, UAE. She has severed range of clients from non-profit organization to manufacturing and service industry that included both listed and unlisted clients.
She has an excellent grip on and detailed insight of current tax laws and their impact on corporate sector.
SYED YASIR ABBAS
Syed Yasir is a finance professional and has a decade of experience in field of accounting and finance. Furthermore, he has completed his post-graduation in Economics and MBA in Finance. He is a worthy resource as team member.
He started his career as a finance trainee and earned experience of accounting and audit. Soon after internship he got associated with a renowned tech company of Pakistan Softech Microsystems where he managed overall finance function and tech inventory under direct supervision of CFO. After Softech he joined Army Welfare Trust (AWT) as Finance Associate and worked there for more than 04 years till he joined AFAP as fulltime faculty member for business studies.
He is incharge of accounting and bookkeeping function of the AFAP Managements.
SYED ZAMIN ALI
Syed Zamin Ali is a detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional with extensive experience in the field of accountancy and advisory. He is also pursuing his CA certification, and is in final stages of completion and has completed his post-graduation from University of Karachi in the field of Economics.
His expertise are in equity investment decision and understanding and compliance of corporate laws including industry specific laws and general laws both. Before joining AFAP, he has worked in three different chartered accountancy firms at different positions. As professional, he had been engaged in various tasks of assurance, compliance and taxation including financial reporting. He had been entrusted with responsibilities of building teams in different projects including in-house and external projects. Last position he was serving before joining AFAP is Manager Audit & Assurance in a Chartered Accountants firm.
TALAL AHMED SIDDIQUI
Talal Ahmed, a qualified graduate of commerce and a CA aspirant. He has worked in a CA firm for around 7 years and mostly engaged in internal audits and control related advisory works. He has been serving business needs as freelancer since past 3 years and has successful record great work. Management of online service portal of AFAP for all sort of services is his core area with us. He creates leads, distribute tasks, communicate with clients and perform all the tasks that a manager needs to perform.
A person who enjoys working in a team with proven expertise in establishing rapport and building trust with corporate sectors. He possess strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner across departments to meet the needs of clients.
